Founded in 2019, Farier Consulting & Contracting was established to help clients turn requirements into organized, well-managed and successfully completed work.
Farier was founded in 2019 on a simple idea: clients do not need another contractor that promises everything. They need a partner that listens carefully, defines responsibilities clearly, communicates honestly and takes ownership of execution.
We operate at the intersection of physical project delivery and operational performance, supporting the facilities organizations depend on and the management systems that keep their work moving.
We measure our value by the clarity we bring, the problems we prevent and the results we help clients achieve.
To provide dependable construction, facility and management solutions that help agencies and organizations complete important work efficiently, responsibly and with confidence.
To become a trusted government contracting and consulting partner known for disciplined execution, responsive service and accountable delivery.
We take responsibility for our commitments, communication and performance.
We provide honest information, realistic expectations and transparent reporting.
We stay attentive to the mission, the stakeholders and the people affected by the work.
We build quality into planning, execution, documentation and closeout.
We respond constructively when conditions, priorities or requirements change.
We work collaboratively with clients, employees, vendors and subcontractors.
Farier Consulting & Contracting, LLC is incorporated to bring construction, facility and management capability together under one accountable partner.
Farier refines its approach to project controls, communication and documentation across construction, facility and consulting engagements.
Farier structures its operations, competencies and documentation to support federal, state and local requirements and prime-contractor teaming.
A procurement-ready organization prepared to understand the requirement and identify the right path forward, from prime awards to subcontracting and teaming.
Ayesha Farier leads the company that carries her name, and she brings an unusual pairing to government contracting: hands-on construction project management alongside the financial discipline of a Certified Enrolled Agent and former IRS professional. It is the same pairing Farier is built on, improving the facilities clients depend on while strengthening the accountability behind them. On the construction side, she has managed projects through every phase, coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and stakeholders from design to closeout. Her experience covers field supervision, scheduling and critical-path planning, building-code and permit compliance with municipalities, safety coordination, contract negotiation, and full AIA project documentation, from submittals and RFIs to change orders, delay logs and closeout. On the management side, she is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified Enrolled Agent whose time with the U.S. Treasury's Internal Revenue Service, including its Stakeholder Partnerships, Education and Communication program, gives Farier real command of cost control, compliance and the documentation federal work demands. She has guided small businesses through turnarounds and strategic planning, including supporting a family-owned government contractor through the 8(a) certification process. A graduate of Alabama A&M University, she has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity building affordable housing for low-income families.
